Technologist, age 54, Salt Lake City, Utah

“For the last 37 years, I have never had a UTI that did not require antibiotics to relieve symptoms, except for my last bladder infection, which was cured by SuperMannan pills. These symptoms disappeared after I took SuperMannan pills. During my 50s, I always traveled with antibiotics in case I contracted a bladder infection while away from home. Now I travel with nonprescription SuperMannan pills, and remain infection-free.”

I have had 20 to 30 bladder infections or UTIs for the last 37 years. Pain, spasms, and urgency developed within days, and the bladder infections and symptoms were cured with one 10-day course of antibiotics, prescribed by numerous doctors. I have never had a UTI that did not require antibiotics to relieve symptoms, until I took SuperMannan pills for a UTI.

From 2000 to 2010, I contracted about six bladder infections, all treated by one doctor, a family practitioner.  The symptoms were different from previous infections.

First, urgency sometimes developed slowly, over one or two weeks instead of one or two days, before intolerable pain and spasms drove me to antibiotics.

I had a UTI in June, 2010, and had the opportunity to try SuperMannan instead of antibiotics. A urine sample indicated E coli; I was experiencing pain, urgency, and spasms. These symptoms disappeared within several hours after I took SuperMannan pills. My urine, when sampled after taking SuperMannan  for one day, indicated negative for E coli. I took 3 doses during the morning of Day 2. During the night of Day 2, I felt some burning and urgency, and I took a dose of SuperMannan and went to bed and felt fine the next day.

I experienced no UTI symptoms until mid-August, when I experienced a UTI attack (urgency, incontinence, burning) around noon. I took SuperMannan (dose of only 1 capsule, 10 total) every 45 minutes until evening. My symptoms were gone except for some mild urgency when I went skating that evening. I felt fine when I woke up the next morning. Four days later I woke up with mild UTI symptoms (burning, urgency), and I took SuperMannan (2 capsules every 30-45 mins), and felt fine by the time for my dinner party.

During my 50s, I always traveled with antibiotics in case I contracted a bladder infection while away from home. Now I travel with nonprescription SuperMannan pills. I have been able to depend on SuperMannan for relief from UTIs.
