Bad diet makes you tired and sedentary!

A new study from UCLA has looked into how eating and exercise habits are related. Diets based on processed food make you tired, plus overweight, which also makes you tired. A vicious cycle. not the other way around.

The research is on rats, yet the researchers think the results hold for humans.
Another reason to eat fresh veggies and fruit—so you have the energy to exercise and live fully!
